I think you did a wonderful job on this one. I'm also glad to know how to make pictures sharper :0)
Now, if only someone would remove the dark circles under MY eyes!

The shading is much better, the eye colour is very well done (although I'm fond of the original colour), and the lighting changes make a real difference.

Great work, as usual

bardzo dobra robota!
szczególnie mi się podobają oczy. może zechciałbyś rzucić parę podpowiedzi w ich temacie?

ps. ale zęby chyba ładniej wyszły "przed" niż "po" ;)

Oh, sorry. My bad - now I noticed all the changes. Btw, why change the form of the nose. Model's request? Because on the left it looks quite ok

Did you do that by hand or there is some option that can set up a more detailed image? Looks quite sharp and accurate

There is a certain way how one can get a sharper picture without using sharpen filters. First duplicate layer. Go to image>adjustments>black and white> play with setting to get nice contrastive edges, be aware of noise if you use blue channel.

Go to filters>other>high pass> set the satisfying radius

set layer blending mode to hard light

Picture is sharper now.
